• Change the Address Panel to show the stete list for some countries.
  You can add state list for your country by AddressFormat.json in the vCard Editor folder in iCloud drive.
• The lower limit of macOS running has changed from 10.7 to 10.9. This is to apply to rule changes in the App Store. If your macOS is earlier than 10.9, please do not update.
